Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Fund

Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Fund (“MSIF” or "the Fund") is an unlisted private equity style infrastructure fund with approximately US $910 million of committed capital. MSIF provides its investors (located outside India) with access to the growing number of investment opportunities available to the private sector in India’s infrastructure and infrastructure-like assets.

MSIF is managed by a joint venture established in 2008 between Macquarie Capital Group Limited (Macquarie), State Bank of India (SBI) and International Finance Corporation (IFC). The manager of MSIF is Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Management Pte. Limited (“MSIMPL” or “the Manager”).

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is a minority shareholder in MSIMPL and a cornerstone investor in the International fund.

MSIF was closed to investors in October 2010 and is not open to new commitments.
