Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Management Pte. Limited is a joint venture between Macquarie Capital, the State Bank of India (SBI) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The company’s main purpose is to manage the Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Fund (MSIF), which comprises a primary investment vehicle - Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Trust, and an investor feeder vehicle - Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Limited.
MSIF provides qualified institutional and professional investors located outside India with access to the growing number of investment opportunities available to the private sector in India’s infrastructure and infrastructure-like assets.
